Be Car Care Aware

Many drivers think they don’t have the time or money for vehicle maintenance, but ignoring certain repairs can get you pulled over and ticketed. Traffic laws require that brakes, headlights, turn signals, mirrors, windshields, exhaust systems and safety belts are all properly installed and functioning. In addition, in many places, the license plate must be visible. To help you keep your car roadworthy, the non-profit Car Care Council created the “Be Car Care Aware” campaign and offers a free Car Care Guide at car-care--dot--org.
