Add pudding, stirring until smooth. Arrangehalf of the ladyfingers, cut-side up, in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Spoonhalf of pudding mixture evenly on top. Fresh Berry & Pistachio Crunch Parfait Raspberry Pure: 1 package (12 oz.) unsweetened frozen raspberries, thawed 1% tsp. lemon juice 2 Thsp. granulated sugar cream Raspberry Pure: Blend ingredients in food processor until smooth. Chill. Berry Mixture: Toss all ingredients together and chill 10 minutes. To assemble parfait, place about % cup of berries in the bottom of each glass. Spoon about 2 Tbsp. raspberry pure over berries. Place layer of Reddi-wip real whipped cream over pure. Sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp. Raspberries: Though raspberries are available with purple, golden and black hues, red raspberries are the most popular variety.
